Joel Roberts, RBT
Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer
Joel began his career working in adult services in residential and day habilitations. Soon after, he started working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder providing applied behavior analysis services in-home and center based. During this time, Joel obtained his registered behavior technician (RBT) credentials. He is currently working towards his bachelor’s degree in organizational/ industrial psychology at Purdue University.
In his free time Joel enjoys loves spending time with his two children and puppy, Blaze. He is a real estate enthusiast, craft beer lover, and appreciates a good book to read.
Kaitlyn Rance, MS, BCBA, LABA
Co-founder, Chief Clinical Officer
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Boston University and her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. Kaitlyn began her career at the New England Center for Children and has gained experience working in residential, home, community, and school settings with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. Kaitlyn is passionate about mentoring future behavior analysts, providing caregiver training, and sharing the benefits of applied behavior analysis to the public.
Kaitlyn loves to travel and hike with her husband, Vizsla (Shawmut), and two children. She is a Harry Potter nerd, craft beer enthusiast, and appreciates a new candle to burn while reading or knitting.
